Why We Exist
We spent a decade inside the internet industry. We kept seeing the same problem.
After more than ten years working inside Australian internet providers — across sales, operations, and go-to-market — one thing became impossible to ignore.
Customers would sign up for internet, receive a modem in the mail, and then be left to work everything else out for themselves. When the Wi-Fi was slow, the back room dropped out, or a new device wouldn't connect, they had nowhere to turn.
The internet was connected. The home wasn't.
The industry had become very good at selling internet plans, and not very good at helping people create a home that actually stayed connected. Faster plans were sold as the fix, even when the real problem was sitting inside the house the whole time.
That gap is why Modem Hub exists. Not to become another internet provider, but to become the partner that helps Australians choose the right hardware, set it up properly, optimise their Wi-Fi, and stay connected long after activation.
